TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking
1) A 50% Deposit of the tour fare is required upon confirmation of the tour.
2) The balance payment (the other 50%) will be due by Wednesday 14 August 2024.
Cancellation Policy
1) 50% deposit non-refundable – 15 June to 14 July 2024
2) 100% deposit non-refundable – 15 July to 13 August 2024
3) 75% of tour fare will apply – 14 August to 12 September 2024
4) 100% of tour fare will apply – 13 September 2024 onwards
5) A 100% cancellation will apply for No Show
