This event features a fireside chat with two Singaporeans in finance and their perspectives and lived experiences as representatives of uniquely different organisations, followed by a networking session, with some makan of course. This will also be a great opportunity to hear about career growth through these leaders’ personal journey at JPM and GIC.

About the Speakers
Gail Koh
Managing Director, Head of APAC Central Compliance and Head of SEA Compliance, J.P. Morgan Singapore
Gail Koh is a Managing Director and the Head of Compliance for Southeast Asia and Head of Central Compliance for Asia Pacific. She is responsible for managing relationships with key regulatory agencies, and managing compliance risks across all businesses across Southeast Asia. As head of APAC Central Compliance, Gail is responsible for various teams including Employee Compliance, Anti-trust, Anti-Corruption, Data Risk, Outsourcing and Resiliency and Corporate Functions Compliance. She also has oversight of the APAC Monitoring and Testing Compliance team.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Gail was the Head of Compliance for the Singapore Securities Division at Goldman Sachs, and oversaw a wide range of businesses including Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities as well as Equities.
Gail holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, and a MBA and Masters of Science in Information Systems from Baylor University, Texas USA. Gail is a member of the Asia Compliance Executive Committee, the Asia Pacific Operating Committee and the Singapore Management Committee.
Ang Shi Hui
Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager, Public Equities, GIC
Shi Hui is an analyst and portfolio manager in the Global Active Equities (GAEQ) team in the Public Markets department at GIC. She is responsible for managing developed markets healthcare investments in GAEQ and across other equity portfolios in GIC. She is currently based in New York and has more than 10 years of experience in healthcare investing. Prior to joining GAEQ in 2022, she managed Asia (ex-Japan) healthcare equity investments based out of Singapore.
Shi Hui joined GIC in 2012 after graduating from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a BSc in Economics in 2011 and from MIT Sloan School of Management with a MS in Finance in 2012.
