09:00 - 09:30 | Progression of 3GPP 5G-Advanced Standards Evolution | This presentation will explore the latest advancements in the evolution of the 3GPP 5G-Advanced standards, focusing on the key features and use cases introduced in Release 17 and Release 18. The session will also provide a sneak preview of Release 19, highlighting anticipated enhancements that further pave the way toward 6G. | Eng Wei Koo |
09:30 - 09:50 | Exploring 6G Spectrum and Sub-THz Testbed Research | This presentation will explore the latest advancements in the evolution of the 3GPP 5G-Advanced standards, focusing on the key features and use cases introduced in Release 17 and Release 18. The session will also provide a sneak preview of Release 19, highlighting anticipated enhancements that further pave the way toward 6G. | Yong Wee Thang Senior Solution Specialist |
09:50 - 10:20 | The Increasing Importance of Increasing Ports & Test Using Next-Gen PXI Solutions | In wireless RF, front-end modules (FEM) for multi-band operation and multiple-input, multiple-output (MIMO) antennas require multiport characterization for all their components. Testing high-speed digital technologies like HDMI and USB 3.1 is even more tedious with multiple internal cables and connectors. Still, each must undergo testing when switch-based solutions are inadequate to keep up with multiport tests. This presentation highlights that the VNA was re-imagined and optimized for the multiport test domain. | Takuya Hirato Senior Product Manager |
10:20 - 11:00 | Coffee/Tea Break | ||
1100 - 11:30 | Signal Generation and Analysis for Wideband B5G & Satcom | This presentation focuses on sharing insights and techniques for optimizing the receiver for communication signals analysis in wideband B5G and Satcom. Learn interesting technical methods such as reflectometer, bathtub curve, and overcoming nonlinear distortion. By attending this session, you gain the upper hand in selecting the right accessories to upconvert your B5G and Wideband Testing. | Yan Hua Rui |
11:30 - 12:00 | 802.15.4/4z HRP UWB Technology Introduction and Test Solution | Ultra-wideband (UWB) is a rapidly growing short-range radio technology with dozens of potential use cases in mobility, industrial, retail, and consumer applications. This presentation discusses the overview of the 802.15.4/4z HRP UWB Technology and the important industry test requirement behind such as Time of Flight (ToF) test, Angle of Arrival (AoA) test, and Fine Ranging (FiRa) PHY Conformance Test. Learn how to automate and simplify your test using a combination of UWB signal generation and signal analysis software solution, on top of the usual test instruments. | Yan Hua Rui |
