11th Medicine Review Course 2019
INTRODUCTION
The Medicine Review Course is the nation’s premier annual training event for physicians, trainees in internal medicine and its specialities, medical students and other healthcare professionals who work closely with physicians for direct patient care. It is an extensive internal medicine conference with over 400 participants and provides many opportunities for interaction with clinicians for our industry partners.
This year, the College of Physicians, Singapore is pleased to announce that the 11th Medicine Review Course will be held on 5-6 October 2019 (Saturday - Sunday) at Centre for Healthcare Innovation (CHI) Auditorium located at Level 4, 18 Jalan Tan Tock Seng, Singapore 308443. Formed in 2004, the College of Physicians, Singapore comprises medical specialists in the field of Adult Internal Medicine which is distinct from surgery, radiology, anesthesiology, obstetric and gynaecology and paediatric medicine.
The 15 specialities under the College include Cardiology, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, Geriatric Medicine, Haematology, Infectious Diseases, General Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, Neurology, Rehabilitation Medicine, Renal Medicine, Respiratory Medicine, Rheumatology and Palliative Medicine. There is also the newly formed section of Clinical Immunologists and Allergists.
The vision of the College is to be the recognised leader in training, education, advocacy and enhancement of professional satisfaction for internal medicine and its sub-specialities. It aims to promote and maintain the highest professional and ethical standards in internal medicine and its sub-specialities.
