Naboo Secures €20M to Scale Corporate Event Automation

Paris-based Naboo just landed a €20M ($21M) Series A round led by Notion Capital. The platform, which simplifies corporate event booking from team retreats to office parties, has seen impressive traction with major EU companies – ten of them signed annual contracts worth €1-10M in 2024 alone.

What's catching attention is Naboo's growth trajectory: they quadrupled booking volumes last year and are aiming at the corporate event market, projected to hit $24.6B by 2031. Their SaaS solution plugs directly into company tech stacks, addressing what CEO Maxime Eduardo calls a surge in team-building needs driven by remote work culture.

Event Tech Trivia

Formula 1 tracks over 1000 data points per car every second for split-second decisions. Now, similar tech is powering events like CES.

At CES 2025, Eventbase and Pointr used AI mapping to adjust layouts and traffic flow in real-time, preventing bottlenecks. In 2023, Ouster’s Gemini platform tracked crowd movement with lidar tech to spot overcrowded areas and make quick fixes.
