Spring 2025: Faster check-ins, easier registrations, stronger security

Spring has sprung, and we’ve got some fresh updates rolling out for you! 🌸

  1. SingPass Integration for Registration - Attendees from Singapore can now auto-populate their details in event registration forms using their SingPass credentials! Less hassle, more accuracy, and less room for mistakes.

  2. Faster, Smarter Self Check-In - Checking in just got a dose of convenience. Attendees can now search by their name or email id while checking in at events adding another layer of accessibility to our systems.

  3. Adobe Analytics Tracking - If you’re using Adobe Analytics, you can now track interactions across all your events with one simple code. More insights, less setup.

  4. Secure, faster access with SSO - Backend users can now log in using SSO. Simply enter the organization identifier and get right in with company’s secure login page.

And a lot of performance and usability improvements. Head to our What's New Page for all the details.

Event Tech Trivia

RFID was first used to track cows, not attendees

Before RFID wristbands became a festival and event staple, the technology was used in the 1970s to track livestock. Farmers used RFID tags to monitor cows, and the same concept now helps event organizers track attendee flow, enable cashless payments, and even personalize experiences. From barnyards to ballrooms – quite the glow-up.

Expect the unexpected, but not at your event.
