ESSEC Alumni Day 2022 : ensemble, ayons un impact
Pour la première fois, relevons le défi de réunir toute la communauté ESSEC, durant 12h de Singapour à New York, afin d’agir pour le bien commun. En présentiel ou en ligne, où que nous soyons dans le monde, nous nous mobiliserons le jeudi 13 octobre autour d’un thème essentiel :
Comment inscrire plus de diversité et d’inclusion au travail ?
Notre École s’est engagée à contribuer à un monde plus inclusif afin que chaque individu trouve pleinement sa place dans le respect de ses singularités. À partir de la rentrée 2022, 100 % des étudiants - les talents de demain ! - seront sensibilisés et formés à ces questions afin de devenir les relais de ces pratiques dans le monde de l’entreprise. En tant qu’ESSEC nous nous engageons tous ensemble dans cette démarche afin d’agir dès maintenant.
Au programme du jeudi 13 octobre
En ligne ou en présentiel, que vous soyez expert ou curieux, vous pourrez faire votre choix, parmi les tables rondes, les sessions de networking et les ateliers.
En ligne : écoutez et posez vos questions à des alumni experts et professeurs de l’ESSEC sur les enjeux de la diversité et de l’inclusion en entreprise, venez networker avec des alumni du monde entier, et améliorez vos connaissances au travers d’ateliers collaboratifs.
En présentiel : clôture de l’ESSEC Alumni Day en soirée au sein de votre Club et Chapter local avec des invités d’exception ou dans des lieux emblématiques de la diversité.

For the very first time, we have set ourselves the challenge of bringing the entire ESSEC community together for a whole day of taking action for the common good. In person or online, wherever we are in the world, on Thursday, October 13, we will be coming together to tackle a vital issue:
Bringing more diversity and inclusion into the workplace!
Our School is committed to making a contribution towards a more inclusive world, so that everyone can find fulfillment without compromising on what makes them unique. Beginning in the new academic year 2022, all of our students – talents for future! – will be made aware of and educated in these issues, so that they can pass these practices on when they join the business world. As ESSEC alumni, we are making a commitment to setting an example… starting now!
On the agenda for Thursday, October 13
Online or in person, whether you’re an expert in the field or simply curious, you’ll have a wide range of options to choose from between our round tables, networking sessions, and workshops.
Online: hear expert alumni and ESSEC professors speak about and field questions on the challenges of diversity and inclusion in business; network with alumni from all over the world and enhance your knowledge through collaborative workshops.
In person: cap off the ESSEC Alumni Day with an evening event at your Club or local Chapter, featuring special guests or hosted in venues with meaningful links to diversity.
