Special rates for NUS or NUHS staff and students
Current staff and students at NUS and NUHS are eligible for 50% discount from the displayed ticket price. Please email us at avelymar@nus.edu.sg with your official NUS or NUHS email address to request the promo code. For students, please also attach a copy of your NUS student ID in the email.
Members of the Healthy Longevity Translational Research Programme at NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine may email us to request a complimentary ticket. Please note that these tickets are limited and available on a first-come-first-served basis.
Abstract submission
Participants with accepted abstracts will receive a complimentary ticket to attend the conference. If you have submitted an abstract to us but have not yet received the confirmation whether your abstract is accepted, you may wait until you receive the confirmation from us first (around early February). If your abstract is not accepted but you still wish to attend this conference, we will offer you a discount code that will enable you to purchase the conference ticket at the early-bird price.
Refund & Replacement policy
In case of an unforeseen circumstance, a full refund can be requested by 31st January 2025, 23:59 hrs (Singapore time). Please send your refund request, including the reason, to avelymar@nus.edu.sg. Request are not assured and will be subject to thorough assessment. The approved refund will be made back to the card used for initial payment within one month upon the request submission. Any ticket cancellation after 31st January 2025 will NOT be refundable.
To request to replace a ticket holder, please email us. Please note that the replacement request made after 28th February 2025 may not be possible.
