2017 ICC Banking Commission Annual Meeting
3 - 6 April 2017 Jakarta, Indonesia
The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Banking Commission – together with its local partner, ICC Indonesia – is organising the 2017 Annual Meeting, to be held for the first time in Jakarta from 3-6 April.
Under the theme "The Future of Trade Finance: Traditional, Technological, and Transformational", the Annual Meeting will gather 400+ trade experts, banking professionals, business leaders, lawyers and government officials from over 65 countries to discuss the challenges and opportunities provided by an ever-changing, innovative, and yet uncertain landscape.
The event will feature high-level keynote and panel speakers in a series of informative and interactive plenary sessions, as well as lively roundtable discussions addressing particular global challenges and trends in trade finance.
In particular, given Indonesia’s significant investment in trade infrastructure, the Annual Meeting will put the digitization of trade finance under the spotlight – focusing on areas such as fintech, retail trade and the role of supply chains. Breakout sessions will also examine the state of trade in Asia-Pacific, concentrating on multilateralism and the state of trade negotiations.
Online registration is available here.
Registration deadline: 17 March 2017.
