PRICING DEADLINES:

• Super Early Bird Rate ends 2 August 2024, 23:59 (GMT +5.30, India Time).
• Early Bird Rate ends 6 September 2024, 23:59 (GMT +5.30, India Time).
• Listed Rate applies from 7 September, 00:00 - 13 September 2024. 17:30 (GMT +5.30, India Time).
• Onsite Payment: The INR equivalent will be released closer to date. Payment is accepted via PayNow UPI, Credit Card and Cash; only exact change is accepted, no change will be provided. USD is only accepted via online payment.
• If you have a promo code, do note that they will expire on 1 August 2024, 23:59 (GMT +5.30, India Time). There will be no extension to this deadline.

IMPORTANT:

• ITB India 2024 is a business event and only professionals, trade and business visitors will be permitted entry. As such:
  • Attendees are required to dress in appropriate business attire (i.e. no flip flops, sandals, shorts etc. unless part of an ethnic uniform). You will be denied entry if your attire is deemed inappropriate.
  • Members of the general public, minors, individuals below the age of 18 and infants in arms/strollers are strictly not allowed inside the exhibition halls at any time.
  • All badges are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. Each badge holder is tagged to personal details such as Name, Organisation, and Contact Details. The Organiser reserves the right to verify identities prior to admission, refuse entry, nullify and/or confiscate badges should there be a discrepancy with our records. Proof of identity will be requested upon registration.
  • Unless expressly permitted, no items may be sold directly. 
  • Registrants that are deemed in conflict with the nature of business, spam or fraudulent profiles will not be permitted entry and/or have their accounts suspended.
• In line with the Guidelines for International Arrivals, travellers should preferably be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 as per approved schedule in their country.
• The Organiser’s decisions in all matters are final. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel and/or reject your registration and is not obliged to state any reasons.
• Rights of adimission are reserved by the Organisers.
