Mental Well-being Activity Virtual Workshop for Nee Soon East Residents

The feather macrame is created by ensuring that all the threads to create the strands of feathers are all connected to the core strand. That is exactly how a real feather is. It needs to be bound together to be a strong feather. What’s more, a lone feather does not help the bird take flight but all the feathers on the bird helps keep it airborne.

Human beings are social creatures and it’s always reassuring to know that someone is there for you.  Hence no matter how independent we are, we should always try to maintain close relationships with, and support those we care for.  Join us in this workshop to learn tips about staying connected.
