Terms and Conditions:
- Only NUSS members are entitled to engage the services of the Trainer.
- All Personal Training (PT) sessions purchased must be conducted within the NUSS premises, specifically at the NUSS Gym.
- Each personal training session is based on a 60-minute supervised workout.
- When the Client signs up for a PT package (5, or 10 sessions), payment will be made upfront.
- Timeline of validity of PT packages:
a. 5 sessions (6 weeks)
b. 10 sessions (3 months) - If the Client is more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled session, the session will still be charged even if the Client shows up. Any cancellation made by the Client on the day of session is chargeable.
- The Client has the right to schedule for another make-up session if the Trainer turns up more than 10 minutes late.
- There will not be a charge if the session is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Session payments are not refundable, except on medical grounds verified by a Doctor.
- PT sessions purchased may be transferable to a spouse member or another NUSS member
