Orders received after Friday 20 September 2024 cannot be guaranteed and all payments must be received prior to Tuesday 1 October 2024. Orders are non-refundable but can be amended up to 5 working days after submission (provided the initial order is made before Friday 20 September 2024). Orders placed after Tuesday 1 October 2024 and onsite requests cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to a 30% surcharge.
