BEFORE YOU START
- The information provided during registration will be used to purchase your child's flights and travel insurance. Any mispellings or incorrect dates may result in additional charges by the airline/insurance agency which will be passed directly to the family. Please have a copy of the child's passport ready.
- All students must obtain an Azerbaijan E-Visa before departure day. We strongly encourage all families to obtain an E-Visa before travelling to avoid issues at immigration. E-Visas are eligible for 96 countries, which you can see at: evisa.gov.az/en/countries.
If you are a UAE resident who is unable to obtain an Azerbaijan E-Visa based on your nationality, you can obtain a Visa On Arrival. UAE Emirates IDs must be valid for six months from the trip's end date.
If you are not a UAE resident and are unable to obtain an Azerbaijan E-Visa, you will need to visit your embassy or consulate to obtain a tourist visa. A Visa On Arrival is possible for UAE residents only, not residents of other GCC countries.
- The deadline to register and complete Ecoventure's deposit payment is 30 September 2024. Registrations will not be accepted after this deadline passes.
