On 15th Decemeber, discover exceptional Starbucks Reserve™ Christmas 2018 and Starbucks Reserve™ Ethiopia Kayon Mountain Farm. Experience the evolution of its flavors through the Chemex and French Press brewing process and learn about the story behind each coffee.
Carrying on the Starbucks Reserve™ Christmas tradition, this year’s blend joins two extremely limited coffees: Hacienda Alsacia™, grown at our very own farm in Costa Rica, and hand-selected aged Sumatra. Our master blenders have forged a vibrant, modern expression of the holiday—with savory spice notes and sweet brightness, it is the gift of extraordinary flavor, a celebration of all the season’s beauty.

Next, discover a cup with jasmine aromas, notes of Meyer lemon, lavender and cherry cola accents. Ethiopian coffee from a single farm is a rarity. So it is with particular pride that we share this small-lot coffee from the Guji zone. The farm owners employ extensive pruning and, remarkably, use half of their land for shade trees. These methods are rarely seen in Ethiopia, where much of the coffee is wild-grown
