Malte is a Regional Product Lead for Travel Ads in APAC at Google Singapore. His work focuses on collaborating with Travel Advertising Partners across APAC as well as identifying and driving APAC specific travel product needs. Before joining Google, Malte accomplished a Master of Science in International Management at Tsinghua University (China) and Rotterdam School of Management (The Netherlands).

   Mr Malcolm Leong
   Head, Revenue Management and Distribution Strategy
   Far East Hospitality Management

 

Malcolm Leong is Head, Revenue Management and Distribution Strategy at Far East Hospitality Management.  He joined the company in 2011 as a Director of Revenue Management, before moving onto his current role in 2013 to lead the company’s revenue management and distribution strategies.  In 2015, he spearheaded the formation of the Data Science and Analytics team in Far East Hospitality. He currently oversees the Analytics, Revenue Management and Digital Marketing functions. Prior to joining the hospitality industry, he spent 9 years in Singapore Airlines working across South East Asia, North Asia and South Asia, bringing with him experience in network revenue management, and sales and operations from the airline industry.

   Mr Kelly Yoong

Kelly leads the data and analytics team in Sentosa Development Corporation. He has 20 years of experience in delivering value through analytics across various industry verticals spanning Defence, Government, Logistics, Banking, Infocomm Technology and Telecommunications. He is passionate about the use of data to deliver business value and finds satisfaction in seeing analytics in action.

   Mr David Lim
   General Manager 
   Bounce Singapore Pte Ltd

David has extensive marketing and attractions industry experience in both private and public sector over the 22 years.  He has worked for organisations such as HSBC, Heineken, Wildlife Reserves Singapore and Singapore Tourism Board.  David currently manages Bounce, Zero Latency and Forest Adventure in Singapore, and is also an Executive Committee member of the Association of Singapore Attractions.

   Mr Paul Kent
   Partner, Economics and Analytics
   KPMG Services Pte Ltd 

Paul has over 22 years’ experience in Australia, the Middle East and Asia. He currently leads the economics and analytics business for KPMG Singapore. He has a strong analytical background and has worked extensively with both the public and private sector and across the Tourism Industry in Singapore. He has Bachelor degrees in Economics and Science and a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Queensland, Australia.

   Dr. Ian Wilson
   CEO, Wilson Innovation Lab
   Chairman, NUS Business Analytics Centre Advisory Board
   

 

Ian is the CEO of Wilson Innovation Lab.  The company provides consulting services to industry and government with an expertise in complex operations, integrated resorts and the use of AI and IA to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. The company also provides strategic investment and advisory services to companies providing AI, automation and innovative products for service industries. Prior to founding Wilson Innovation Lab, Ian was the Senior Vice President of Non-Gaming operations at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. His purview included the 2,561 room hotel, as well as the Sky Park, Pool, Transportation, Call Centre, Food and Beverage Operations, Expo and Convention Centre, Call Centres, Facilities, Security, Sales, and Sustainability.  Non-Gaming Operations encompass about 5,000 staff and nearly $1 Billion in revenue.
