* The fees are not inclusive of hotel accommodation. Delegates may be refused admission to the YSIAC Conference 2019 if payment is not received prior to the YSIAC Conference 2019.
# GST of 7% on registration fees is applicable to individuals, corporations or businesses in Singapore and overseas individuals who are not represented by any overseas corporation or business. All fees and any bank administrative charges will be subject to 7% GST.

Cancellation & Refund
Any cancellation and request for refunds must be submitted in writing to the YSIAC Conference 2019 Secretariat on or before Friday, 1 November 2019.
A charge of 50% of the registration fee, (plus 10% administration charge) will be charged for cancellations received in writing by the Conference Secretariat before Friday, 1 November 2019. Refunds will be made within two months after the YSIAC Conference 2019. No refunds will be made for requests received after Friday, 1 November 2019.
Should you not be able to attend, a substitute delegate from the same organisation is welcome at no extra charge. No substitute delegate will be allowed after Wednesday, 6 November 2019.

Please note that by attending the YSIAC Conference 2019, you are attending an Event where photographs or video footage may be taken of you by our official photographer(s).
By entering the Event premises, you consent to photography and its/their release, publication, exhibition or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media or any other purpose by SIAC, its agents and representatives. Images, photos or videos may be used to promote similar SIAC events in the future. You release SIAC, its officers and employees and any and all persons involved from any liability in connection with the taking, recording, digitising, publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video or sound recordings.
By entering the Event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication and irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video or audio recording taken by SIAC, its officers or employees or any person or entity designated to do so by SIAC.
You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the Event venue.
